The first Eliza Settled with her husband
Graham near Pittsburgh, Pa. According to
the book from the Patterson Wylie
Heritage she got homesick and walked
from Pittsburgh to Her Parents home in
Mercer County. PA. On the way she caught
cold and upon arrival she remarked, "I
have brought death. And she died.." The
new baby her Mother had just borne was
named Eliza for this deceased sister,
and Jane for the other sister buried in
Ireland.
